I'm curious how he pulled this off. His % of the votes was much higher than any other state. His win in Minnesota is a statistical anomaly compared to every other state.

It seems a little odd to me also. Is there any big donors that live in Minnesota that might influence control over vote count or voting machines? Sounds horrible I know so just put me down as also finding it to be an...anomaly.

Minnesota is a caucus, there are no voting machines, it’s about a ground game in a caucus. Which organization can get their voters to the meetings determines the winners. Rubio went to Minnesota and spent money to build a team there.
