Don’t know about counties, but the NYTs has the precinct maps if you click on the state.
Looks like the lower 1/5 of the state is what carried him (Minneapolis and down)

And the delegate count is Rubio 12, Cruz 12 and Trump 8. Not much of a win in the proportional system.
