Good on all counts! They’ll have good educations and being independent, they’ll be able to handle the garbage that gets thrown at them from time to time throughout life.
And pity the poor suckers who come along and try to break their independent streaks. LOL!

There’s just a good feeling about walking in to vote. And doing it on election day. It just makes it feel more special that way. We never vote early.
Even stormy weather didn’t put a damper on the day. Well, maybe a little. No lightning close by to admire. LOL
Yeah, I’m watching too. Had to turn the volume down because the crunching kinda killed my appetite. Munching on some of those lemon Oreos this evening! YUM!

Dad’s done a good job keeping the larder full the past couple of days. There was NO food on the nest for over 24 hours and the first owlet was almost 24 hours out of the egg before it got its first meal. When he finally came around, Momma flew off to meet him and gave him a dressing down. LOL! We could hear them. Since then, that nest has been full.
You’d mentioned someone said the owlets should be named Stormy and Windy, and that’s what I call them. First born is Stormy since it was stormy the day it hatched and the second is Windy. It was pretty windy the night it hatched.
Lemon oreos and blizzards. I’m getting to be a bad influence on you. LOL!

Hi Luv. Sez here this week that I am the third child born which is correct, however, I had to manipulate the quiz by taking it twice and changing answers. First result was fourth child and next result was second child. That averages to third child. :-)

Not at all! I already eat Oreos on a regular basis but not the lemon ones. These are GOOD! And Hubby doesn’t like anything but chocolate desert thingies so these are all mine!
He has a big bag of Chips Ahoy to keep him happy.
