I think I heard that Colorado doesn’t count, at least for GOP delegates. I thing CO refused to make their delegates legally bound to vote for their pledged candidate. Therefore, the GOP dumped them. I may be wrong, but I’m hearing that CO is a state that Rubio will win, but it will be worth no delegates.
All they’re doing is choosing unbound delegates. No straw poll or voting.
