Well . . . it ‘is’ the last days. The ‘great delusion’ is coming a little faster than most expected - but then, there has to be a transition phase.
Delusion — fooling people — is how the devil operates.
The elect may be temporarily tricked, but not forever. Because they can’t lose their salvations.
It seemed wrong to me that Ted Cruz was being influenced so by this chap of uncertain faith.
I don’t think there’s anything in the bible that requires America or any other country (other than Israel) to have a believing ruler. But in general, the more righteously the ruler conducts himself, the better off the country is going to be.
Many people may yet end up being saved, but they are going to learn painful lessons on the way to it, if they are.
