Also, you can’t tell me Trump isn’t aware of this. He should be screaming about it. He has advisors who are savvy to this.
You’ve got to be kidding.

Trump already said he is for more government snooping and will “err on the side of safety” and not on the side of personal privacy.

He also said we should boycott Apple because they make phones the government can’t break into.

People should read up on what their candidates actually say, not what they hope they say.
...............
Any Trump supporters want to address this?
Privacy is critical and so is national security. I hope he didn’t fully digest it yet.

Cruz is Mr. TPP so that is bad also.

How Donald Trump and Ted Cruz Differ on the Issues
January 23, 2016 at 3:45:15 PM EST · 56 of 61
Protect the Bill of Rights to kabar
Here is the transcription:

Trump: I have always come down on the side of security. To me, it’s the most important

Garrett: even if it means encroaching on the Bill of Rights?

Trump: I hate it. I hate the concept of it, but we’re dealing with some very, very bad dudes.

I find this unsettling. Unless he has walked this back, he is on record as saying as much as he hates it, our Constitution, the very document he would swear to “preserve, protect and defend” will always take a second place to security.

The devil is in the details. This is one detail I could never justify.
