One thing that really jumps out an the article is how a destitute unemployed moron like this can get a $35,000 MasterCard limit and Trump University would advise him to use it on its sham “university”.

No wonder this country is going to hell in a hand basket. No wonder the cost of education is so through the roof. The students don’t pay for it out of their own pocket. They borrow and get ripped off by the schools who DO get paid upfront ...either by the Banks or by the government.

Well who is really at fault here, Trump U or the bank who gave him that limit and then allowed him to use it?

Then why don’t have a whole slew of Class Action Lawsuits against Sallie Mae and other lenders for all those worthless student loans taken out?

The problem with the attack story that is being told is that over 90% of the students evaluated the course very highly. Many of them recorded video statements about how helpful it was including one of the plaintiffs in the case (a little awkward for the plaintiffs).

When I looked further into the issue I found several articles that included full statements from individuals who had taken the courses saying the suit was an attempt to get money like the many class action suits for which we have all gotten postcard invites. Articles were linked to FR in my prior posts.

Trump is smart not to settle because his reputation for fighting suits is the only thing limiting the number of nonsense suits by people looking at his deep pockets.
