I’m no Rubio fan but this is a bit pathetic. It could have been some sort of antacid. The point is we don’t know; yet, there’s gleeful speculation.

I think you’re right. I despise Little Marco, but I seriously doubt he’d do something questionable when there’s about a 90% chance a camera will catch you.
Like you said, maybe an antacid — Famotidine or such. I’ve been known to pop one every now and then.
