Securing the border has to be a COOPERATIVE effort.
As long as Mexico's economic system is the way it is, the border will stay open.

The Russians closed their borders. So could we.
We WANT the illegals here to do jobs that "we" don't want to do. AND the illegals don't have to paid those pesky benefits like medical and retirement.

Our own greed keeps the Mexican-American border WIDE OPEN.
Mexico's southern border IS closed, a la Russian style. The Central and South Americans will work for less than the Mexicans and STEAL Mexican jobs so the Mexican southern border IS closed tighter than ....
