Tripwire Alert - The RNC, GOPe, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie and Donald Trump (excellent read!)

That’s the bad news. Now for the good news.

Those power-brokers within the party apparatus just received the biggest fright of the race. Chris Christie endorsing Donald Trump is severely stunning not because of his clout and influence, but rather because he was inside the GOPe camp for YEARS.

Remember, Chris Christie was head of the Republican Governors Association. Christie was at the head of the table during the Romney pre-race decision-making in ’11 and into 2012.

Christie attended the secret Colorado Summit post citizens united, which was the basis for the first discussions on how to defeat the electorate after the 2010 mid-terms.

Governor Chris Christie has been at the heart of the RNC/GOPe apparatus, and the well thought of insider, within Bush/Romney world for well over six years. Christie attended and participated in some of the most sensitive discussions about with political party leadership, and the financiers therein, regarding all operational and organizational plans.

That is why his appearance today is so stunning – and also why it was such a closely guarded secret, it had to be.

christie trumpThe RNC/GOPe are now facing the looming probability that Chris Christie was a mole, an insurgent, the entire time.

Your post implies there’s a difference between the ‘Rat Party and the GOPe.

Look at it this way. The ‘Rat Party is the Harlem Globetrotters and the GOPe plays the role of the Washington Generals. Two “different” teams but one is a “designated loser.” And at the end of the day, both team’s paychecks are signed by the same person....

Or maybe, just maybe, the Obama-hugging Christie hasn’t changed his spots at all and Trump is coalescing his northeast liberal wing of the GOPe party.

What do Romney, Christie, and Trump have in common? All endorsed by uber-Connecticut country-clubber Ann Coulter.

Many of us realized Trump signaled his intentions to “work a deal” with the GOPe the weekend he came out against Cruz and for McConnell and against Scalia and for affirmative action.

Now Trump is on board with the “good side” of Planned Parenthood, a taxpayer-funded arm of the liberal Democrat party, and the GOPe governor of NJ says “me too!”

Folks, the fix is in and Trump is playing conservatives like the rubes he fleeced with “Trump University”.

So why bother with this fake election? Just crown Hillary and save some time and effort.

Who benefits from crushing the GOP and leaving a political power vacuum?

Trump and 'We the People' fill that vacuum just fine, thank you.

With Trump at least some of the people are trying to “un-fake” the election. A very tall order though in a country with a government as corrupt as ours.

That is one important analysis. Thanks for posting. GOPe/RNC = Organized Crime Family. You only get in by invitation. When I heard Priebus’ statement at the last debate, it struck me as odd how he described the candidates as “applicants.” Indeed, it is like a paranoid Mafia family ‘Don’ saying that an outsider can only get in by invitation after he proves his loyalty to the family. The ‘Family’ is the true enemy that has to be brought down. Christie who has prosecuted organized crime and was inside the GOPe/RNC organized crime family and Trump are two mighty smart Northeastern street fighters that just might be able to bust the crime family. One thing is certain. If the Family tries something slick at convention time, all hell will break loose.

“The RNC changed the rules so a canidate must win 8 states, now we know why so many ran. The deck was stacked to aid Bush.”

Little did they know that they would be cutting their own throats! The irony of their decision is delicious!

I love that the party elders re-set the rules to favor their pre-determined guy (Yeb) and those very same rules are what is costing them not only the nomination, put control of the party apparatus. This is where Christie’s value comes to the fore. He has intimate knowledge of the inside and the how the rules work.

Rule 40 was supposed to stymie a movement candidate by hobbling their ability out of the gate to gather a majority of delegates in any state (the requirement was raised to 8 from 5). BOOM! Trump already has three before Super Tuesday and the rules, as set by the GOPe, now make it likely that Trump will run the table and wrap up the nomination on March 15.

It was supposed to be Yeb who wrapped it up on March 15. Oops. The GOPe has truly been hoisted upon their own petard this year.

Really? With what organization? The Trump ‘movement’ has no structure and can’t do a damn thing beyond complain and vote.

The function of elections is to add heft to the illusion that the people are in control of their government. The public tends to get restive, over time or with a despotic leader, when the form of government is monarchy or dictatorship.

At any rate, that is why the elites bother with fake elections.

The 8-state rule is that a majority of delegates must be pledged to a candidate. Just winning a primary doesn’t count. Only South Carolina counts for Trump.

The media talking heads & GOPe’s, etc. all will tell you Trump did horribly, Rubio/Cruz cut him to ribbons, etc. Many (not all) who saw the antics of Rubio & the lies of Cruz felt much differently about the results. I came across this article today & it might give you a different perspective, one I personally feel is more accurate, but as they say YMMV (your mileage may vary):

Cruz and Rubio’s Biggest Problem
They’re both politicians & Trump is killing them for it

I’ll tell you why I find that hard to believe, Trump’s kids. I think if Trump were one of the scheming left, his children would reflect that sort of underhanded attitude but they don’t. They’re respectful, polite, normal people.

I know Trump wants to win at everything but I can’t see him playing the whole country to join the cabal.

Mr. Rubio’s entire public image—the child of poor Cuban immigrants fleeing the repression of Castro’s Cuba who pulled himself up by his bootstraps ...

Technically this may be correct, but most poor kids don’t get paid by relatives heavily involved in narcotics trafficking and whose pets double as guard dogs for a drug cartel, as was the case with young Marco, a federal indictment shows.
