You don’t need to be a lawyer to file a suit... In this case he probably had an associate file for him since he wasn’t directly harmed.

According to the article he’s been disbarred. How can he be suing Trump U.? No, the article says the law firm of the disbarred attorneys is bringing the suit in California. The firm and attorneys were specialists in this kind of lawsuit. I guess two of them caught.

According to the article he’s been disbarred. How can he be suing Trump U.? It is his firm, Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes & Lerach LLP, bringing the suit and I don't know that he was disbarred when the suit began or not.
