Well, that’s what I think about it.
But specifically and narrowly, I am only talking about the gambit of HRC chiding Trump for contributing to her foundation. These are sound bite verbal barbs. I think for the most part they disappear in days if not hours. But folks who chide Trump (again, not that I am a supporter) often get their fannies handed to them and I think this would be no exception. HRC is very, very unspontaneous and Trump will blather anything. if Trump’s response is “because you were clearly for sale” then I think that sticks better than most. But will convince nobody of anything. So who cares? There isn’t the mental capacity of the part of the vast majority of the electorate to weigh the consequences of HRCs abysmal performance as SOS and her deliberate violation of National Security Law she explicitly agreed to with “bribing” a politican to get a building built.
The whole process is embarassingly tawdry.
