If it is Cedric, and he has an extensive criminal record, his possession of the firearms was illegal.
Considering that the photo was out there, why did not the Obama administration arrest and convict him...
He is breaking federal law.
Of course the Obama administration has reduced prosecutions for illegal gun possession by criminals, or at the minimum, reduced prosections for attempts to obtain guns illegally by criminals.
