They will just take the fifth and the media will say nothing to see here.
It’s a bit more complicated since this isn’t a criminal matter, but my guess is the 5th might be invoked since the ‘gang’ will probably think criminal charges could be filed with all the FBI/DOJ investigations going on. This will provoke Judge Sullivan who has not been sympathetic to the government/State Department. He can compel them to testify if he doesn’t agree with their reasoning for pleading the 5th in a deposition. Look out for what he might do if they all plead the 5th & he doesn’t compel them to testify, such as go after ALL of Hilly’s emails, not just the ones she decided to turn over (he’s borderline doing that anyway). That gets complicated, too since the FBI has her server. Anyway, it will all be very interesting. Judicial Watch is the one involved and they have been pitbulls .... they won’t let it drop until they have exhausted all of their options. Most of what we know has come from their lawsuits.
