European nationals who move to Germany cannot expect to receive social welfare for the first three months of their stay in Germany, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled on Thursday.
This exclusion can be applied universally to all EU citizens, meaning the German welfare center will not need to consider each application for benefits individually, the EU's highest court ruled.
The point of contention was a rule in the German social law which excludes all non-German EU citizens from picking up unemployment benefits or child support benefits during the first three months in Germany. ...

The $hit is starting to kick off now, I wonder what else will happen.
Does that same ruling apply to NON-Europeans? Or can the Muslim invaders get right on the dole?
I suppose equal protection under the law is a peculiarly American concept... not that it’s practiced all that much anymore.
The Fourteenth Amendment says “equal protection of the laws”, not “under the law”.
The European Commission tried to force the UK to pay welfare to non-Brits as well; the ECJ shot them down.
Oh no!!! They must wait THREE months before they start sucking off of the citizens? Horrors.
Should not receive social welfare for the first 30 years. Let them stay home.
