Just as I suspected, nothing in that report states that the FBI had the password to the terrorist’s phone, or even the associated iCloud account. The account access was only *reset* for a perfectly logical reason: the FBI did not know the password or passcode. The account HAD to be reset to prevent anyone who might have the passcode from altering or destroying any possible valuable data. IT Admin in most cases have the authority to reset or lock accounts, but that does NOT mean that they have access to user passwords. So, the FBI did NOT f***up and fumble the password to the phone.
