I’m an employer in Minnesota. I could increase my business if I had a reliable supply of workers, which I don’t. Trying to hire laborers and general help is very difficult these days. Many people don’t want to work. And why would they work when they can make a good living off handouts? The gimmedat generation is destroying many American industries

I live just North of Wisconsin Dells, they cant find enough help. The only choice is to bring in foreign workers. Those that do apply cant pass a background check or drug test. Sad

Same here. Our development has a pool and we have found that it is impossible to get lifeguards and managers who actually want to work by hiring locally. What we wound up with are employees who don't show up, show up late, don't enforce the rules, let their friends in, use profanity, and don't bother cleaning the place up. They just don't seem to care very much about the job. Then, about four years ago we hired a management company which brings East Europeans over for the summer, and everything changed. They enforce the rules strictly, are unfailingly polite, show up every day on time, and are enthusiastic about the job. I imagine Trump ran into exactly the same problem hiring service attendants for his Palm Beach club.
