Who writes this tripe? He wasn't facing foreclosure if an eviction was taking place. You might say he had faced foreclosure, but if eviction was taking place, title to the property had changed via a completed, i.e, past tense, foreclosure. The new owner, be it a lender or a purchaser at foreclosure auction, was evicting him based on their ownership and right to dispossess. My God, we have gone through a a mortgage meltdown and foreclosure crisis from 2007 until just recently and alleged journalists haven't even learned the basics of the phenomenon that has been right in front of them, repeated tens of thousands of times for more than 8 years. Ay carrumba!
