Assuming what you said was true (it is not, just another lie) let’s look at where you landed.
You found Cruz to be nothing but a worm.
Nothing but a sack of filth whom blows whichever way will get him elected.
You discount his solid stances on abortion, family values, limited government, fiscal responsibility, even immigration, because you think he is like a plastic bag blowing around in a parking lot.
So what did you do? Whom are you entrusting with the future of this country? Whom in your eyes has stood for nothing his entire life more than protecting our constitution?
In your head, you rationalized this out and landed on one name:
Donald J. Trump.
Who cares that he lies every chance he gets. Who cares he holds no solid position. Who cares he has been fighting against you and financially propping up politicians who would his entire life.
You’re angry. You want revenge. You want someone’s head on a platter.
Damn your principles. Damn your convictions. Damn everything you stand for.
You want to win.
So instead of sticking with your principles and convictions and backing a man whom has literally a decades long record of fighting for everything we believe in, you entrust your future to a charlatan whom stands for nothing but himself.
At least you’ll win right?
Just read a very long piece by a Texan listing numerous examples of Mr. Cruz’ lies, distortions and selective memories.
He’s no more honest that Trump and Trump doesn’t smear himself with “God jam” to cover up his bovine scat.
As for his alleged conservatism. I’m pretty sure that he’s just playing the “note” that he felt was most likely to bring sponsors aboard his Train to the WHITE HOUSE.
It has been my life experience that those who feel they HAVE to tell me what great christians they ARE, are speakers only because what they DO drowns out what they say.
As for angry...yes, but not to the point of cutting my own throat and from both my friend in TX and others here I’m sure enough to suit me that Cruz is NOT the real deal.
