I noticed something from war nerd watching in Chechnya. The Russians would tie the feet to a vehicle undo the pants and belt buckle and drag the Muslims in the mud to a collection point. They do this to have the friction pull down the pants and expose any booby trap belts the jihadists may wear.

So seeing that in the video tells me these Spetz are Chechnya combat harden veterans.
