It/s nearly impossible to believe that Obama knew nothing about the Clintons jerking US foreign policy around and that Bill was globe-trotting, glad-handing foreign leaders (but only those / untapped reserves of uranium, gold, and other lucrative resources).
A huge clue is that Obamas foreign policy dovetailed perfectly w/ the Clintons buckraking....so Obama knew plenty.
