The Suit has been inn the works for a couple of years but somehow A) It’s Cruz’s fault and it’s okay because B) he is being sued for fraud in civil court.

I think most people here understand the difference between civil and criminal. Do you understand THAT IT LOOKS BAD TO HAVE A BILLIONAIRE, if he actually is one (we don’t know since he won’t release his tax returns), defrauding little people with a faux university? The Democrats can make multiple commercials off this one if Trump loses. Maybe he can for president in between trial dates.
