Facing lawsuits over Kansas' requirement for proof of citizenship to register to vote, Secretary of State Kris Kobach on Saturday railed against the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the League of Women Voters, labeling both groups "communist."
"The ACLU and their fellow communist friends, the League of Women Voters â you can quote me on that, the communist League of Women Voters â the ACLU and the communist League of Women Voters sued," Kobach said at the Kansas Republican Party's state convention, according to the Lawrence Journal-World.
I think Levin has him on right now.
Cruz, Levin, Kobach, are brilliant lawyers.
One of those lawyers, J. Gerald Hebert, testified that Sessions had referred to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) as “un-American” and “Communist-inspired” because they “forced civil rights down the throats of people.”[8]

Chris is a great guy. He is the brains of our immigration movement.
Government funded ACLU too
I’m delighted to see a cascade of political incorrectness stemming from our President-elect, Donald Trump.
ACLU has been “Big C” Communist since the beginning.
They are communist, it takes guts to call it like that.
It’s time to start calling these organizations what they truly.
Political news ping - Sec of State Kris Kobach railed against the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the League of Women Voters, labeling both groups “communist.”
Excerpt:
The Department of Justice indicated that it will side with voting rights groups when the agency on Monday filed a brief arguing that the EAC’s decision should be temporarily blocked while the courts assess the case.
Kobach on Saturday said that the Department of Justice opposes the EAC’s decision.
“We just heard through back channels, the Department of Justice met with this federal agency, met with the Kansan who heads this federal agency, tried to brow-beat them into changing their mind, and when they said they wouldn’t change their mind, the Department of Justice said we’re not going to defend a federal agency,” he said, according to the Lawrence Journal-World.
