It’s true that Vegas is all the things you list, but the whole state isn’t like that. We visited Vegas a few years ago and went off the beaten path, but still in Vegas. Their Bible book stores were some of the best we’ve found.

When I was dating a photographer he told me something interesting. He said that people have a “good” side of their face, and a “bad” side.

You take a photo and “slice” it in half vertically. Remove one side. Then with the side that remains, copy it and do a mirror flip to create a full face.

Do it again with the opposite side.

He said that one face will be very pleasant, and the other face will be really bad.

It was before PCs, so he did it manually. Seems it should be easy in Photoshop or similar. I never tried it, but it sounds interesting.
