There are only a handful of states that Cruz has a legitimate shot at winning. Even if he gets Texas, Arkansas and/or Oklahoma—where else is he viable?
No question Cruz is done. But I can see him hanging in there until Texas hoping for a moral victory. By CNN’s numbers, Trump doesn’t need Texas.
