One of the more stunning things about Donald Trumpâs victory in Saturdayâs South Carolina primary was the fact that he spent only $1.78 million to win.
By contrast, second-place finisher Marco Rubio spent $4.71 million on television advertising and third-place finisher Ted Cruz spent $2.34 million. In addition, Rubio and Cruz had more than $11 million in total Super PAC support, while Jeb Bushâwho suspended his campaign after a disappointing finish in South Carolinaâreceived a whopping $13.7 million in Super PAC support himself.
Trump received none.
So how did he win? Because he has the unwavering support of the nationâs most powerful Super PAC: The mainstream liberal media.
This guy is a complete idiot.
Oh, puh-leeze, you are one of the biggest GOPe pimps on FR.
Who is beating him Cruz or Rubio?
sanders or Clinton. rump has over 60% negatives. Some people love him most can’t stand the guy.
Clinton loses by 2 points to Trump (43%-45%);Sanders loses by 1 point to Trump (43%-44%)
They're all beatable.
Trump generates the most excitement and keeps people watching, so they put him on all the time.
But there's no sure-thing candidate who's being scuppered so that Trump can get the nomination and lose.
If Cruz isn't on more it's not because he's the candidate who can win. It's because the journos and a large part of the audience hate looking at him and listening to him.
That’s not what I’ve been hearing. Even the ditzy kids down here that are praising Bernie consider Cruz Enemy Number One - and those lib kids are getting that idea somewhere in the lib media, they’re certainly not thinking it up on their own.
Robert Reich agrees.
If Trump wins we WILL end up with single payer socialized medicine enshrined forever, like Social Security and all the other crap previous generations stuck us with.
Bingo!Read. Weep!
The MSM is also trying to keep a “poker face” going now that Trump has them over a barrel.
"The MSM is heavily involved in this election cycle"
The open MSNBC mic combined with FOX attacks sure do show something is not right.
I also agree that Trump could easily be in to help Hillary win.
