Nope. I glanced at the apportionment of delegate rules. Basically they're proportional to your vote %, with a minimum of 1 delegate per candidate. If you can't get enough votes for a 1 delegate, you get nothing.

I believe I heard that in NV it is 1 delegate for every 3.33% of the vote the candidate get.
