Whatever happened to that much-ballyhooed "ground game" that the Cruzers were boasting about? For weeks, we were told that all Trump does is fly in on his shiny plane and give a speech but that Ted Cruz was building a ground game that would give Trump his comeuppance.
That never really materialized.
