The Dems are panicking(which is good) but not enough to move Hillary “out”. Rice apparently gave some testimony recently which could not have been too helpful. That won’t be released for another year or so. This is all a legal shell game.

The released emails are due to the FOIA filed by Judicial Watch. The FBI got its copies when they seized the email server. They’re not waiting for the state department to do their thing.
The FBI learned about the private server when they interviewed the hacker Guccifer in the Romanian prison where he’s incarcerated. That’s means the investigation started over a year ago.
