By 2050, the Los Angeles area is expected to warm by 5 degrees on average.

Expected by whom? Is there any "consensus" of competent climate scientists for a 15 Fahrenheit gain in a century? If so, where has it been for the last 20 years?

This is preposterous!

NO ONE in the Climate Change field is saying this. Totally made up bull.

The UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says we will see a rise of up to 2 degrees Celsius by 2100 IF we do not cut back on fossil fuels. And even that is fraught with uncertainty, because they're using computer models that, as time goes on, become further and further out of sync with actual temperature data.

Many scientists not caught up in the rush for governmental grants are stating that global temperatures may well go down, not up, due to changes in solar output.

There is no 97% consensus. Turns out that was a total lie!

“Expected by whom? “

The people paid with a grant to reach that conclusion.

Honestly, I have to do all the work here.
