Rasmussen has a pretty decent track record. Within the past year or so, cell numbers have been made available to mass marketers/pollsters. I think these pollsters now manage to capture quite a few who have only cells.
Yes, he does. But he sold out and someone bought it. I don’t know who. In any case, they are landline DOMINANT and the do automated calling. Both of those now tend to throw the polls off, but that’s only according to articles I’ve been reading. I’m sure they would say otherwise. In any case, we’re only talking a couple points onto the MOE.
