I should learn the art of freezing mire than just meatballs and bread!
Get one of those freezing bag machines!
It’s super easy to do.
Just put portion sizes in their own little sandwich bags, put a bunch of them into a larger bag, mark the outside of the larger bag with contents and date, and you’re done!
We do this with meatloaf slices, a Greek dish I make called dolmathis, but easy all in one pot version, other cooked, sliced, meats; and cooked veggies.
