Thanks Jenny, I’ll have to try it. I’ve started buying my cheeses at Trade Joe’s - they have some very good ones and I like that you can buy smaller amounts. Their salami in wine (I forget the brand, but it comes wrapped in a paper wrapper - burgundy color IIRC.
