Do you use it straight out of the bottle? Do you use it for other things besides pasta?

Costco sells a pesto sauce in the deli area as well as somewhat fresh pasta. I tried the pasta a long time ago, but haven’t tried the pesto.

I use it straight out of the jar. Sometimes warmed in the microwave (lowest power setting, no more than 2 minutes). I put it straight on pasta, and on pizza too.

I've tried quite a few grocery store jar pesto, and the Classico is my favorite. As a bonus, it is also by far the least expensive. They also make a tomato/basil pesto. I like it just okay, probably 10:1 on the greed:red consumption in this household.

pesto is great on sandwiches IMHO. Im a vegetarian(not vegan) so try to do a lot of creative things. I always use good bread... good cheeses, flesh tomato slices, thinly sliced sweet onion, fresh spinach, pesto, mayo. Sometimes cold and sometimes put bread/cheese/pesto slices in toaster oven a few minutes. then add veggies.

Half pesto & half mayo makes an interesting veggie dip

I have used pesto/butter at a topping on cauliflower

Pesto in pasta ... amazing.
