And then came Trump. Blew everything up. Took Ted’s ideas and expanded on them by correctly gauging the anger in the country.

I believe it is a mistake to accuse Trump of taking Ted’s ideas when Trump has been writing books, 12 so far, and highlighting things like The Wall and other issues in some of his books published 5-16 years ago.
