The SC wouldn't be evenly split. It would probably be 8-0 saying Rubio (or Cruz) is eligible. Well if one of them gets the nomination and is sued by Hillary... let's hope so. I am not as optimistic as you are however. You do realize that our court system is every bit as political as the other two branches of government?
