There was a front page story in the Indianapolis Star that the state election board just approved both Rubio and Cruz for the primary ballot here in May. Turns out someone had challenged both of the on the NBC issue. I’m guessing this has been happening across the country.

Of course, now that Rubio has risen, it’s all tat the Donald needs to start laying the wood to Kid Rubio as he has done to Cruz over the past weeks...I’m guessing though that the MSM, certainly pro-Rubio Fox News won’t touch this subject for Rubio...

Yet Rubio has yet to win even one state.

No judge has the spine to declare anyone ineligible—especially at this point in time, because of the implications it would have on Obama.

I really hope once things settle down after the next election congress will at least pass a resolution defining what natural born actually means.

Citizen at birth just doesn’t get it, because the founder’s goal was to prevent someone with divided loyalties from becoming president.

The bastard child of an American visiting Thailand and a prostitute is technically a citizen because of his father. And, given DNA testing he can prove he’s that American’s child (and thus his citizenship). But, does that child fit any definition of natural born citizen? By the standards floating around today, he probably does.
