Trump: I'm not sure Rubio is eligible for presidency
CNN Politics ^ | February 21, 2016 | Eric Bradner

Donald Trump says he's not sure whether Marco Rubio is eligible for the presidency.

And Rubio says it's just the latest in a line of Trump's "outrageous" comments designed to suck up media attention.

Rubio is a U.S. citizen who was born in Miami. He is, in fact, eligible for the presidency -- even though his parents migrated from Cuba.

But Trump stirred controversy on Saturday by retweeting a message suggesting that neither Rubio nor Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, who was born in Canada to a U.S. citizen mother, meet the constitutional requirements for the Oval Office....

Of course Rubio is not eligible; neither is Cruz, nor Jindal and of course 0bunghole.

Rep. John A. Bingham,In the United States House on March 9, 1866 commenting upon Section 1992 of the Civil Rights Act, was:

“simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”

I know some of you think this is cute to make comments like this, but, either we have a nation of laws or we don’t. This issue needs to be decided!

What will happen on 1/6/2017?

Will there be a formal objection raised if Rubio or Cruz are chosen?

The Congress is scheduled to meet in joint session in the House of Representatives on January 6, 2017 to conduct the official tally of electoral votes. The Vice President, as President of the Senate, is the presiding officer. Two tellers are appointed to open, present and record the votes of the States in alphabetical order. The President of the Senate announces the results of the vote and declares which persons, if any, have been elected President and Vice President of the United States. The results are entered into the official journals of the House and Senate. The President of the Senate then calls for objections to be made. If any objections are registered, they must be submitted in writing and be signed by at least one member of the House and Senate. The House and Senate would withdraw to their respective chambers to consider the merits of any objections according the procedure set out under 3 U.S.C. section 15.

>>”Did he stop beating his wife?”

I’m not sure. She, one of his wives, once said he was very rough and raped her.

But has he stopped? I’m not sure.

Not saying he hasn’t, but I’m not sure.

>>”no basis for criminal charges.”

You’re probably right.

But I’m not sure.

It’s better to be Mister 33% Man than it is to be Mister 22% Man, ain’t it?
********************************************************************************
Well, Cruz was “Mister 4% Man” earlier in the campaign but has evolved into “Mister 22% Man” whereas Trump (PRAISE HIS NAME) has always been in the ballpark of “Mister 33% Man” and doesn’t seem to be growing from that level. “Mister 33% Man” might be a good thing now but a month from now a “Mister 33% Man” will be a loser.

Perhaps Trump (Peace be upon him) will grow his percentage support in the future...but he hasn’t seemed to do that just yet. My big personal worry is that the duplicitous LIAR Marco Rubio seems to be fooling more and more folks and gathering support.

Two OPEN PRIMARY wins and a handful of meaningless polls do not make Ducking Donald any more appealing that the other jackass party options. Only morons allow open primary DUmocrats choose republican candidates, but I guess that’s appealing to those who try to push a lifelong LIEberal as a conservative.

The only thing going for the bloated windbag is the “R” next to his name and using the “fear” card isn’t winning. How about concentration on the issues?

I know sticking to the issues is a tough one for his 70-year-old Viagra-addled brain to last longer than 30 seconds worth of concentration before resorting to the usual incoherent bumper sticker slogans and progressive ramblings.

I’ve asked several times to name one candidate or cause the asshat has supported prior to the campaign. If he can’t do that, he should switch back to the Donkeycrats since he has more in common with them.

Rubio and Cruz think they should get away with it because Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama got away with it.

Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009, happened with the complete cooperation of both parties.
They want the Constitution changed without the hassle of changing the Constitution.
The bench was the reason the GOP went along with the fig leaf resolution for McCain as cover for Obama.
Jindal, Rubio, Haley and Cruz were all up and comers and the future of the party and ineligible.

Barry Sotero is natural born. In Honolulu to Stanley Ann Dunham, and Frank Marshall Davis. The real BC says that.

Nope.

His father was a mailman you know. The USPS was established by the Constitution so Kasich was born with a natural bias towards the Federal government. I think that means he has a conflict of interest making him ineligible to be president.

If he starts to gain any traction Trump should sue him.
