Cruz can stay in the senate a couple terms, help pass Donald’s conservative and pro American agenda

He can take another stab at it in 2024, he is still a young guy (in his 40’s I believe)

Cruz should drop out and allow his supporters to unite behind Donald Trump

Why would they do that? Plenty of Cruz supporters who were once optimistic about Trump as their second choice have now soured on him. Seeing their candidate bashed repeatedly will do that. Some of Cruz's supporters will look to Rubio in the primaries if Cruz drops out, or will simply stay home in November, rather than vote for Trump.
