Yes, Trump is very gracious when he wins. Not so much otherwise.
Cruz didn’t earn it in Iowa ..he cheated Carson in Iowa and was forced to apologize ..that’s what happened when Cruz let crazy Beck and Levin into his sphere and they started trashing Trump for no good reason ..
He did congratulate Cruz - only later when the schenanigans his campaign were complicit in came out did he take off the gloves.
