This guy was definitely not innocent. They had tried to contact him many times, sent notices; someone came to his door and he yelled out he had a gun. Left them no choice.
Good. My kids had to pay theirs. We taught them right from wrong.

I’m fine with dragging him out in handcuffs. He’s a deadbeat. Why should I pay for his worthless degree?
If you borrowed the money from taxpayers, you should be arrested if you do not pay it back. That’s just another form of stealing.
And by the way, with interest and penalties, that $1500 debt is now $5700. Not a smart move to not open government mail.
Maybe it will prompt people who defaulted on their student loans to put off buying that Lexus.
My husband HAD forgotten his student loan of $400.00. They waited until he got a GOOD job, then garnished his salary. It was a good lesson.
Wonder how many federal civil service (read: union) employees and retirees have received similar treatment? Oh, that’s right, no chance of them ignoring repayment demands - they never get contacted in the first place.
Freeloader needs to have wages (if he even works) garnished. There is a whole cottage industry of deadbeats living off of student loans. That's OUR money and any attempt to "forgive" those loans is stealing from taxpayers.

I paid mine back, and on time. No sympathy here.
If they send 7 Marshals over a student loan, I wonder who the hell the Obamanazis will be sending to get our guns. ISIS?
