For reasons I can only guess, the US doesn’t report literacy rates, but if the world average is .86, I’d guess the US rate is .83. Ain’t diversity great?

Anyone in the Florida Keys can tell you that there is a mad dash on to get to the United States before the Social Security money gets cut off.
