Who believes Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Monroe, Madison, etc. would have found him to be a natural born citizen?

Washington signed a law in 1790 that declared that children born abroad to American Citizens are Natural Born Citizens.

Actually, the 1790 law says “shall be considered as natural born citizens,” NOT “...are Natural Born Citizens.”

Washington then turned around in 1795 and signed a law that repealed the 1790 law and removed the words “natural born”.

In Madison’s words, “Gee, I don’t think Congress has the right to define, or redefine, terms in the Constitution.”
