I don't disagree. Even culturally, it would send a message we could embrace and would inspire folks to lead better lives. Instead, we have a WH espousing a trash culture.
The question is, why did Romney throw the election? He refused to campaign to 47% of the population, earning him a well-deserved rap as an elitist. And then, when he had Obama on the ropes, he didn't go after him about Benghazi.
There had to be stuff going on in the background, starting with manipulating the nomination process, that we don't understand.

McCain, Romney were both, weak whimps....they could have slaughtered Obama politically....but, they hid out-of-sight!!! The same applies to Cruz, Rubio, Kasich, Bush!!! Anyone In South Carolina that votes for any of these candidates is either stoned on reefer or drinking lots of “Ted Cruz, Glenn Beck, Jim Jones Poison Kool-Aid!!!

This is what really pi$$es me off. We, the people who pay the bills, paid for Obama and his skank to travel to Nelson Mandela’s funeral, half way around the world. Just what did that cost us? Whatever the cost it was too much, because Mandela had absolutely no connection to the USA, he gave zero service to us. It is outrageous that we can not expect Obama to attend a mans funeral whose family and memory deserves the respect and attendance of the POTUS. The funeral will be within blocks of where Obama lives, IN OUR HOUSE, and he is refusing to attend. His arrogance is breathtaking.
