“Exactly. Nothing on expanding Medicare, eminent domain, Affirmative Action, progressive taxes.

She’s a populist.”

The government has 2 main responsibilities:

1) National security; and

2) Ensuring that the people of this country are not hindered by government in being creative and in reaping rewards for genius, hard work, thriftiness, etc.

Trump, for all of his many faults, will ensure that these 2 goals are met. All else is secondary.

Oh, and one thing is more important in this election than anything else: defeating the Leftists (A.K.A. the Dems). If they win the Presidency again, the nation is doomed. ANY of the Republicans still in the race would be better than ANY Dem - and not by a little.

Focus on the forest, not on individual trees.

Why would I want to defeat the Leftists with a liberal Republican?

You can stay in your 1850s thinking of what the government “should” be doing. Reality is it's doing a lot more than just these two things and Trump may talk about taking down some of it and reforming some of it, but he's going all in on the expansion of Medicare/Aid.

There are other things he's waffled on over the years but the fact that he thinks people “are dying in the streets” and he needs to solve for that makes him a RINO at best and a nuisance at worst.

He's not the only National Security candidate just as he's not the only person who loves the country.

When you think for yourself, the world opens up to you.
