What about no entangling alliances?
For me “Natural Born” means you don’t have other citizenship options. Born in the US of two US Citizens. No ability to claim citizenship of another country at time of birth. The ONLY exceptions should be those born out of country to two US citizens while one or both parents are on military deployment.

You can renounce any citizenship you were born with and pledge allegiance ONLY to the USA.
You have no control over the circumstances you were born under. You have absolute control over which country you will pledge sole loyalty to.

The US has no say in an no control over other countries’ citizenship laws.
So any PITA tinpot country can declare that all US citizens are also citizens of said PITA country, and cannot renounce it, and the US government can’t do a thing about it. Then, if your rule is in effect, no one will be eligible for the presidency.
