You are over stretching this point. Trump has said we will not let people “die in the streets”. Further he has espoused free market solutions with the ability of health insurers to compete across state lines.
The description was not a trick and there is nothing wrong with describing Trump as an outsider.
No it does not prove that Trump equals Sanders. They capitalist vs communist / pro military vs cutting military /anti illegal immigration vs open borders and so on.

These Trump liars are out in force. Donald Trump shares another feature with his fellow Liberals: psychological projection. Trump calls people liars and blowhards while he happens to be one. Liberals always say their opponents have their odious traits.
I think that question was planned. They set it up to track Bernie supporters to Trump in open primaries like SC. It makes sense. Trump answered with his name on purpose.
