The poll says what it says - it's not a SC poll, it is a national poll with a GOP sample of 400 people. Pretty big margin of error with that size sample.

I don't think it's worth arguing over - other polls will supplant this one in time. Maybe it's a bellwether, maybe it's an outlier. Too early to know.
