The only thing I found wrong (with a quick read) is that you omitted “New York” here:
“...Trump is an over-the-top ___hole.”

(Actually, I heard John Batchelor [a New Yorker] interview another New Yorker [a biographer of some sort], and they both concluded that Trump is much worse than the average New Yorker.)
