Agree. This site used to be raucous but thoughtful. With the arrival of Trump, it’s more often only raucous and anti-intellectual, like Trump.
That’s ok,...Free Republic with revert to the usual whining GOPe losers if anyone else but Trump is nominated.... 4, maybe 8 long years or more of it.
It was one reason I joined.
A lot of back and forth between people on the issues using facts and well thought out posts.
Sometimes feelings got hurt but it was rarely personal.
Now?
Not so much.
This election has turned things upside down and inside out.
Maybe it’s just part of the hatred of President Stompy Feet Obama coupled with the gut wrenching desire to throttle Hillary.
Seven years is a long time to hold your anger as the Executive Branch destroys as much of the nation as he can.
